Free Insurance

Before leaving with your puppy we will activate your four week free insurance with Pet Plan. Pet plan will contact you before your free period ends and offer you a discount to continue the policy or alternatively this gives you time to source your own company if you prefer.

Puppy Pack

Your puppy will come with a complimentary variety pack filled with 10 puppy pads, 1 bag of dog food (the same as we use), a variety of different chew toys and a puppy blanket ideal for the journey home.

You will also receive your puppies sale wallet containing - your insurance cover note, proof of microchip transfer, vaccination card, worming/flea dates from birth, puppies socialisation plan, lots of advice on moving your pup in, future socialisation checklist, nutrition / feeding guide and exercise advice.

Vet checks and vaccinations

All of our puppies will go through a thorough vet check and vaccination at 6 weeks old before going on the pre-reservation list.

Microchipping

All of our puppies are microchipped before their first vaccination so each puppy has their own unique microchip code. Upon arrival to pick up your puppy we will transfer your microchip number into your name with your chosen details and print you a copy of proof. You will then receive your

certificate within 3-5 working days.

Lifetime of aftercare

After you pick up your chosen puppy, the service doesn't end there. We are available via phone, text or email for a lifetime of aftercare be it an hour, a week or year from collection. We can help with a huge range of questions from toilet training, crate training and walking to worming, fleaing and feeding. Nothing is too much trouble. We also love you to keep in touch with us and welcome updates and photos as you go along.

Peace of mind

You can rest assured the safest place to buy a puppy is a licensed breeder who is regulated by the council. Dog welfare, health testing, parent enrichment, record keeping and routine veterinary treatment are all paramount.
